If you like beef jerky and you like smoked salmon, this is the second in the form of the first.

I've been going to see Cap'n Mike at the Farmer's Market on Saturday's for a little over two years.
The fish is as good as it gets. Especially as a pescatarian, this is something you cannot miss.
My favorite is the Alderwood smoked salmon, but they are all so tasty.
Try the salmon candy, if you want a light snack or something to nibble on.

I am Russian and really know my smoked fish. I've been eating it all of my life and Cap'n Mike's is one of my favorites.
Bith the flavor and quality of their fish is excellent. When I sent out some of their salmon for Hanukkah gifts, the recipients were thrilled.
My favorites include the black cod,
the alderwood smoked salmon,
and the white king salmon.

I've eaten all manner of smoked fish. Then I happened on Cap'n Mike's, and I've been spoiled ever since.
They're located in the open-air vendors area, behind the Ferry Building on Saturdays.
They gladly give tastings of all the fish they sell.
The White king salmon is over the top,
as is the sable.
Anything you buy from them is going to be delicious!

Their the smoked salmon is amazing.
Anything extra smoky is highly recommended, including the smoked albacore lox.
